We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a refund:

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

Refund eligibility:
We offer full refunds in all cases — whether the item is defective, damaged, or simply not what you expected.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

What is refunded:
We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping fee of $9.95. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

No exchanges:
We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
